Include a list of items to support the central theme of your page. Bulleted lists are a great way to parse information into digestible pieces.

  • Transformation-Tools to be a productive part of healthy relationship

  • Self-Awareness and strategies to stop self-sabotaging behaviors in order to find a healthy intimate relationship, including one with yourself.

  • After taking this course, you'll be able to bravely get out of your own way and identify Daddy Issues Symptoms, current barriers to meaningful connection, how your body responds to relationships, and much more!

  • How much is the program?

The course is $697 The transformation? Priceless 🙏🏾

  • How long will the program run?

This is a self-paced course; however, if done in its planned order, about 5 weeks. I recommend doing at least 1 chapter a week. Use the live FB group to work through what you are learning in the course.

  • Do I have to go to therapy afterwards?

This is definitely up to you! I’ve seen great progress made with someone dedicated to a program like this. So, it’s not necessarily a requirement to go to therapy. My experience is that there is only so far a self-paced, group experience can take you. A one-on-one experience can give you a lot of insight made just for you (that way, you’re not sharing the spotlight). Even if you decide to engage in therapy later, it’s something to consider for deeper work. If you’re not ready, you have plenty of options for more programs I have to offer in the meantime.

  • Will the participation of other family members be required for me to successfully complete this course?

No. You are not required to have concerned significant others as part of a process like this. I do, however, believe it’s so powerful to engage a trusted person who knows you are doing this work so they can hold you accountable and root you on through your transformation!

  • How old do I have to be to participate in this course?

    At least 18 years old.

  • Is this course going to help me find a partner?

I think it's possible! Your focus in this course is on you. And that is a great recipe for making space for the right person. Completing this course helps you find yourself. If it is hard for you to have a long-term, stable relationship, this is the place for you.

  • Can this course substitute for therapy?

No. None of the courses provided by Couch with Christian are meant to substitute for a direct, official, ongoing relationship with a licensed professional in your area. If you find the need for this kind of regular support, you can talk to Christian Jackosn about how to find it.
